“We have an annual service contract for our furnace and air conditioner, and this was our first experience with Casey. He is professional, courteous, and thorough. He was a little early for our appointment, which was great. Casey explained what he did with the air conditioner and added refrigerant, with our okay, since it was a little low, although he said it wasn’t an immediate necessity. He also reminded us to be sure to change our furnace filter in the near future. We are very satisfied with Casey’s work. Our goal is to keep our air conditioner and furnace in peak condition, and Casey, as well as the previous Interstate Heating servicemen, have met our expectations. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”
